Your application.
Your conversation.
Our avatar toolkit.

Connect the parts you need. Identity, motion, rendering, speech and conversation each have their own responsibilities.

Hello, I'm Kenji. Welcome to Waving Knowledge. I'm an interactive avatar, brought to life with Conversation Kit. Move your pointer around me, and I'll follow along. This is a little glimpse of how a photograph can become a new way to interact.

Inside the kit

More than a face.
Less to rebuild.

A modular foundation for teams exploring expressive interfaces, branded characters and conversational applications.

01 / Identity

A consistent character.

Keep a character’s appearance and supported expressions in a reusable identity, with portrait alternatives.

02 / Motion

Small movements. Presence.

Head movement, idle animation, blinking and mouth shapes bring the reference characters to life.

03 / Rendering

Built for different hosts.

WebGL rendering in the browser and native Metal rendering on macOS, with portrait fallbacks.

04 / Speech

Voice on your terms.

Separate speech sessions support system voices and optional local speech services. Your app chooses the provider.

Where we are today

Working demos.
Active development.

The independent web and macOS demos demonstrate avatar rendering and speech using reference characters. Their replies are scripted; connecting your own AI or business systems is separate integration work.

The kit is a private development package. Public releases, broader device support and commercial packages are still being prepared.
